Semo

Brick as an alternative

Semo is an iPhone app that blocks distracting apps by asking an AI question that quotes your own reason back to you.

Is Brick an alternative to Semo?

It depends on the kind of friction you will keep. This note describes Brick from public information checked on 31 October 2026, and it does not rank the apps. Semo asks an AI question that quotes your own reason. It is not on the App Store yet. Price shown in the app. A Screen Time passcode held by someone else is a different tool.
